Why we exist
Rural and underserved patients regularly travel hours for care that could safely happen near home. That gap delays diagnosis, worsens outcomes, and erodes trust.
What we believe
Specialty care should follow patients into their communities — not the other way around. Local clinicians, hospitals, and leaders know their communities best.
How we help
We design and operate community-based specialty programs in partnership with rural healthcare organizations, expanding access without disrupting local care.
Bring Specialty Care Closer to Your Community
We'd love to learn about the patients you serve and the access gaps you see.
